A training organisation must become registered
with the Training Accreditation Council if it wants
to:
• Deliver and assess nationally recognised
training in WA and VIC; and
• Issue Australian Qualifications Framework
qualifications and Statements of Attainment.

Organisation provides auditor with evidence to
address the non-compliances
Auditor reviews rectification response within 10
working days and submits audit report to the TAC
Secretariat
Council finds applicant is non compliant and
provides the applicant with an opportunity to
respond. In cases of higher levels of non-
compliance the council will also propose to reject
the application
