ThefirststepinbecomingaGlobalMemberofoSTEMissettingupanaccountonourmembershipcenter,poweredthroughMemberNova.IfyouhadanonlineprofilewithoSTEMbeforeyoumayalreadyhavebeenportedoverandreceivedaconfirmationemail.Ifnot,noproblem!Justfollowthesesimplestepsandyou’llbeonyourway.

1) NavigatetotheoSTEM.orgwebsiteandselectthe“JoinoSTEM”buttonintheupperrighthandcornerofthescreen.

2) Fillouttheregistrationscreenwithasmuchinformationasyoucanasthiswillbecomeyourmemberprofile.Thepurplefieldsarenecessarytocompleteandalldemographicinformationwillnotbevisibletoothermembersunlessyoumanuallymakeitvisibleafterlogin.

a. Ifyoudonothaveachapteroraresigninguptocompleteachapterapplication,select“oSTEMGlobal”whenprompted.

b. Althoughthereisarecommendeddonationforeachmembershiplevel,weunderstandmanyofourstudentmembersmaynotbeabletomakethatdonationamount.PleasefeelfreetodonateanyamountyoufeelyoucantohelpsupportoSTEM’smission.

2)NextyouwillbetakentotheLoginscreenwhereyoucanenteryourusernameandpassword.ClickLogIntocontinue.Ifyouhaveforgottenyourlogincredentials,followthe“retrievinglogin”link

3) Onceloggedin,youwillberedirectedbacktooSTEM.org.Atthetoprightofthescreen,clickonMemberAreatobedirectedtotheMemberDashboard.

4)IntheMemberAreayouwillbeabletoviewandedityourprofile,andontheleftpanelnavigatetotheEngagementtab,tojoinoneofourmanygroups(Regional,Identitybased,STEMspeciality,etc.)andgetinonthediscussionwithoSTEMmembersfromaroundtheglobe!
