A-Line’s GC series medium duty hydraulic pads are en-gineered for high torque and immediate stopping in even the most severe conditions.
At Left Top: A-LINE GC1 fric-tion produces torque output of up to 8,400 lb-ft of torque when lightly loaded at 30 mph. GC1 pads yielded more than 6,500 lb-ft of torque when heavily loaded at 60 mph. This shows that GC1 is ideal for medium duty vehi-cles that need high torque in demanding road conditions.

A-LINE’s GC1 friction formulations are A-LINE’s GC1 friction formulations are a proprietary blend of semi-metallic and Resilient Graphite Carbon (RGC) for the medium duty fleet that wants dependable stopping without compro-mising brake or rotor life.
GC1 is positive molded with a high

Recommended for all Class 4-7 vehi-cles, including: school buses, cargo trucks, delivery vans, emergency vehi-cles, and utility vehicles.

A-LINE’s GC2 uses the same founda-tion of RGC formulation and then ups the ante with a high thermal-resistant phenolic resistant to withstand the
