Eye treatments to enhance your eyes

Manicure £8Treatment includes file, shape, cuticle work and a hand and arm massage to nourish the skin, followed by a nail polish of your choice.

Luxury pedicure £8In addition to a full pedicure you will receive a foot mask/thermal mitts to deeply moisturise the skin or foot mask/paraffin wax treatment.

CND ‘Shellac’ gel polish £15Try the latest beauty trend with our gel manicures and pedicures with polish lasting up to two weeks. Removal £5.

Pedicure £8Treatment includes file and shape, cuticle work, removal of hard skin, exfoliation to revitalise the skin and a foot massage to nourish the skin.

Nail extension using ‘NSI’ gel £15Limited availability. In fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks (£10). Removal £5.

Luxury manicure £10In addition to a full manicure you will receive a personalised skin/nail treatment - a choice of warm oil to nourish dry nails and cuticles, hand mask and thermal mitts to deeply moisturise the skin or paraffin wax to help ease joint pain.

BEAUTY THERAPY

Massage and body treatments

Aromatherapy massage £15A relaxing massage using essential and carrier oils blended individually for each client. (75mins: full body / 90mins: full body plus face and scalp)

Body firm and tone £10 or £50 for six A full body diagnosis followed by either galvanic service - break down cellulite and stubborn areas of fat - or EMS to tone the buttock, thigh or abdomen area followed by lymphatic drainage massage.

Sport massage £13 A deep treatment that concentrates on areas prone to stress, injury and tension.

Holistic pamper package £22 A totally relaxing experience! Consultation and warm foot soak, followed by 60 minutes of reflexology and 90 minutes of holistic aromatherapy massage. (Select dates)

Indian head massage £7 A massage to the upper body (back, arms, shoulders, neck, face and scalp). This massage is stimulating to the body systems, revitalising yet relaxing and balancing. (30–45mins, select dates)

Manual tan £14 Full body exfoliation followed by St Tropez tan application to the face and body.

Reflexology £12 Relaxing treatment on the feet stimulating predefined pressure points.

Swedish body massage £12 Using a combination of massage techniques to help relax, de-stress and ease muscular tension.

Neck, back and shoulders £9Using a combination of massage techniques to help relax, de-stress and ease muscular tension.

Gyratory massager

Provides a deeper massage to break down fatty deposits and nodules.

Audio sonic massager

Used to work deeper into the muscles, the Audio Sonic Massager treats pain by stimulating blood flow to an area and encouraging the tissue to repair itself.

Infra red treatment

A pre-massage heat treatment used to warm the muscles of the body in a specific area, aiding the relaxation of muscle.

Mechanical massage

Massages performed by Level 3 Beauty Therapy students may incorporate one of the following mechanical massage treatments into your massage for no extra cost.

Metro-dermie (deep cleansing, prescription facial)A therapeutic facial treatment to regenerate, rehydrate and deep cleanse using galvanic, H/F and prescription gels. All skin types. **
