  BEAUTY RELATED SKIN DISORDERS

According to Ayurveda disorders of skin are not actually skin disorders but it is theimbalance of internal metabolism.  A skin disease is, mostly, rooted deeply intovarious dhatus or tissues like fat, muscles, blood etc. Most of the skin treatments aregenerally treated with external applications like creams, lotions or oils. These,

however, never reach the deeper layers of the skin and helps to disappear thesymptoms temporarily, and does not eradicate the root cause of the skin disease. Ayurveda always reaches to the root cause of the disease and treats accordingly. The main causes of skin diseases in Ayurveda are a wrong diet and unhealthylifestyle, which an individual follows either knowingly or unknowingly Ayurveda has considered all skin diseases under the title of “Kshudra Rogas”

 Acne:-

Acne, the most common skin condition that commonly occurs in teenagersundergoing hormonal changes, which stimulate oil production. It is also common inwomen who take contraceptives high in the hormone progesterone. Acne may behereditary and may be aggravated by stress. In acne, a sebaceous gland within a

hair follicle overproduces oil, which irritates the follicle's lining. The excess oil alsocauses bacteria trapped in the follicle to produce a substance that causes cells liningthe follicle to clump together. Pressure builds in the pore, pushing up a plug oftrapped oil and debris to the skin's surface. If the follicle is open, a blackhead, oropen comedone, if the pore is tightly closed, a whitehead, or closed comedone, occurs.
