Our Grounding Message of the Month

November is my favorite month in the year, maybe because I am a November baby but definetely because of the beatiful

shades of greys and blues in the sky, the refresh-ing and at times cold air. After all, Thanksgiving is in November, and we all love Thanksgiving! There is just such a good energy in the air this time of the year, for those who are aware enough to notice.

My grounding message this month is a simple one: remember to be thankful regardless any situ-ation or life challenge. Be thankful for your health and that of your loved ones, be thankful for the roof over your head, for the food on your plate, for the good people that surround you and bring good energy into your life, for the love in your hearts. Try to be thankful no matter how hard it may seem. In this journey of life, we get so dis-tracted by the “not so good things in our life” and forget to recognize and be truly thankful about the good things.

Acknowledging the good already present in my life always creates joy and a sense of deep con-tentment. I am thankful for the breath of life, and for each new day, and each new adventure that without a doubt, each day brings. I am grateful that I always have food, shelter and clothing. I am filled with appreciation for my body and my mind, which serve me so well... for the ability to see, smell, hear, taste and touch and definitely thankful for my intuition.I am thankful for mother Earth, for the oceans, trees, rivers and mountains. I am thankful for the animals...all and everyone of them. I am thankful for the gifts of fresh air, water and sunlight.

I am thankful for the love of family and friends...

for the unconditional love I give and receive ev-ery day. I am thankful for a fulfilling and loving relationship. I am thankful for every teacher, ev-ery role model, every person who had a lesson for me to learn or who inspired me to take risks and to believe in myself.

I am thankful for the simplicity that keeps me grounded, for the awareness to live the moment.

I am thankful for the wisdom, maturity and dignity that my 40’s have brought to me. I am thankful for the unlimited abundance of good energy in the Universe for all of us to grab every day. Deep within my heart is an overwhelming sense of pro-found appreciation for all the good in my life.

I am thankful for every life lesson...knowing that overcoming my challenges strengthens me more.

Last, but not least, I am thankful for Indulge, for our staff, and each of you, our guests who hon-or us with the opportunity to provide you with a beautiful and relaxing place for you to look and feel beautiful inside out.

After spending over two decades working with International and local organizations Nina took a leap of faith, and transitioned into the challenging but rewarding world of entrepreneurship. With combined experience in marketing, project management, corporate training and customer service, Nina brings a fresh approach to the salon and spa business, one in which fundamental structure,

processes and talent management combined with a passion to succeed.

Nina moved to Florida from Canada six years ago, when she met Chris and fell in love with him. Nina is a kind hearted woman, and animal lover at heart,, who loves to write, loves photography, loves to refinish furniture and all creative things and above all, who believes in creating and embracing good energy every day in a very intentional way. She believes that the life we want to have is in our hearts, minds and hands for us to create by the words we CHOOSE to say, the things we CHOOSE to do, and the things we CHOOSE to NOT do.
