How To Order

● Please fill out this order form, ticking against the quantities of each item you would like to order. If you specify an alternative quantity not listed on any of the items, you will receive a specific quotation for this.

● Your completed order form must be returned to: BDM ArcScan using the following email address: [email protected]

● Once we have received your order form, we will create a sales order based on your requirements and resend this to you to confirm your order in full and accepting the terms and conditions in place.

● You will also be requested to provide on this form the details for who or what department the sales invoice will need to be made out to including contact name, address, contact details and a purchase order.

● On return of the signed sales order form, complete with all the information required, an invoice will be generated for payment and sent to the person/department as listed on the sales order form.

● Payment will be required to be made via BACS using the account details provided on the sales invoice.

● Confirmation of payment will be required such as remittance advice.● On receipt of this confirmation, your order will be submitted for printing and

processing.● When your order is ready for delivery, we will notify you in preparation for their arrival. ● 10% from every order will be donated to Unseen – thank you
