BOOKINGS & CONFIRMATION

Once the Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay has confirmed your wedding receptio,n a confirmation agreement will be issued. A signed copy of the confir mation agreement along with a deposit equal to 35% will be required within 14days to confirm your booking.

The initial deposit equal to 35% is none refundable. A second deposit equal to 35% of the estimated expenditure is due90 days prior to your wedding. A final deposit equal to 30% for the estimated expenditure is due 30 days prior to your wedding.

We reserve the right to cancel the booking and allocate the space to another event if the confirmation has not been received.

Wedding package inclusions are non changeable. Items may be removed however no credit will be given. Any additional items will incur an extra charge.

CANCELLATION

All cancellations must be madeknown to the Resort in writing. If your Wedding is cancelled after the confirmation date, the following conditions appty:

• The initial deposit equal to 35%is non-re fundable

• Within 90-31 days of the event. the Resort shall also retain the second deposit equal to 35% of the estimated expenditure including accomm odation.

• Within 30 days of the event, the Resort shall retain all deposits and payments to the value of the full estimated expenditure including accommodation.

• The Resor t shall retain all additional payments associated with post wedding events prior to check-out.

LIQUOR LICENSE

Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay complies with Liquor Licensing Law and pract ices the responsible serviceof alcohol

NON SMOKING POLICY

The Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay is a non-smoking resort.

CHILDREN‘S PRICES

0 -3 Years - Free o f charge. Please discuss with your Wedding Planner if food is required.

4-1 2 Years - FJ$75 per child. Includes child friendly main course and dessert, soft drinks and juices and a wedding seat at the wedding reception

13-17 Years - FJ$125 per child. Includes menu as per the wedding package selected, soft drinks and juices and a wedding seat at the wedding reception

Please ask your Wedding Planner for the child ren’s menu, inclusive of soft drinks and juice served

throughout.

CREW MEALS AND SUPPLIERS

We are happy to offer entertainment and contracted specialists a crew meal. Crew meals are charged at FJ$75 per person and include a hot meal served with soft drink, juices. coffee and tea,

Any external vendors (including but not limited to theming companies. entertainment, hair/makeup providers) must be approved for use by the resort and additional fees and conditions may apply.

SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS

Our Chef will be happy to cater for any dietary require ments. A minimum of 10 days’ notice is essential. Dietaries advised within 9 days are not guaranteed.

Guests that order special dietary meals will be served a menu to suit the events budget.

DRONE POLICY

Out of safety concerns for guests, associates and resort property, as well as concerns for individual privacy, Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay prohibits unauthorized operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by resort guests, visitors and media. This prohibition includes drones used for filming or videotaping. This prohibition on drone operations, or use, extends to any drones launched or operated from resort property, as well as drones launched from private property outside of the resort boundaries. All photo and video production must comply with the above policy.
