BE A PART OF THE 2019 DISCOVER THE QUIET RESORTS GUIDE amp MAP There are just a few weeks left to reserve your space in the 2019 Discover the Quiet Resorts Guide amp Map The Chamberrsquos annual guide is on the only year-round publication focused on southeastern Delaware and in 2019 it will feature a new layout and fresh content to better serve the visitors and locals of the area
40000 guides are printed annually each including a full Chamber memberhsip directory and a perforated map of the Quiet Resorts Area - from the Indian River Inlet to the MD state line Route 1 to Route 113 and everything in between The Discover the Quiet Resorts Guide amp Map is distributed in over 90 locations in five states - including 18 travel centers in the Mid-Atlantic region and it is mailed to over 2000 individuals upon request throughout the year
All advertisments must be confirmed by November
20 2018 and completed ads are due to Katie (in PDF format) by November 28th Please note that the timeline for ad sales is shorter than in previous years as the guides will be available for distribution by February 2019 - two months earlier than in past years

PARTICIPATE IN THE 2019 FIRE amp ICE FESTIVAL The Fire amp Ice Festival is back The 2nd Annual Fire amp Ice Festival will be held January 25 - 27 2019 While the complete schedule of events is still in the works we are inviting Chamber members to become a stop on the sculpture tour Businesses and retailers are invited to participate in the festival by sposnoring a custom LED-lit ice sculpture to be placed throughout downtown Bethany Beach Options range from single-block
sculptures to an ldquointeractiverdquo ice sculpture We encourage you to go in on a larger sculpture with your business neighbors

Small Business Saturday is celebrated annually the Saturday after Thanksgiving and is dedicated to supporting small businesses and celebrating communities across the country Celebrate your business on November 24th by being a part of Small Business Saturday in the Quiet Resorts Add your business to our list of partici-pating locations for extra promotion by registering here before November 16th
Additionally Bethany Beach Books will be hosting the Small Business Saturday Coupon Tote Bag for the fourth year All local businesses are invited to participate by including a coupon If you are interested in participating there are a few requirements your business must be open on November 24th and it is requested that you advertise that your business is in the Coupon Tote Bag All participants must provide 100 pieces to be included in the bags 100 bags will be sold at Bethany Beach Books from November 21-24 for $5 each with all proceeds benefiting a local nonprofit
