Mission: Bridging the gap between art and entrepreneurship.

B.D.M. is a Worcester Massachusetts based creative services group comprised ofaccomplished artists and entrepreneurs that work together with modern businesses,organizations and individuals to find innovative solutions to their creative needs. Our

current departments and affiliates include photography, videography, dance, graphic

design, fine arts, set design, DJ services, music, and event planning.

We have had the pleasure of working with numerous clients including NV Concepts,

Mass EDMC, Steez Promo, Bisco, MTV, Together Boston, Clark University, Amherst

College, Brandeis University, Circle Talent, The NUE agency, Embrace Boston, TightCrew, the Mutiny, Heady Tunes, ThisSongSlaps, Moombah+ and American Dream

House.

Ross Nibur:Executive Director

Joining the team in 2011, Ross is the

organizational mind behind the project.Ross guides and supports the othermembers individual careers and aids in

synthesizing the different aspects ofB.D.M. into a cohesive whole. Ross is the

team member who keeps his attentions onthe horizon, working tirelessly to keep theorganization on track and moving towards

its long-term goals.

Kristina Nguyen:Executive Manager

Kristina officially became part of the teamin 2012. She works as the strategicmanager of B.D.M., focusing more

personally with the individual artists and

on day-to-day operations. Fromsolidifying their creative branding anddeveloping functional systems for the

organization, to working with each artistto ensure that their projects are completed

in a professional and timely manner, sheis the team member that makes sure that every gear is turning and that the organization is movingforward on a day-to-day basis.

Yoni Asulin:Multimedia Director,

Movement Director

Yoni joined B.D.M. to further his artisticendeavors as a dancer and a photographer.

As a well-rounded dancer with roots in B-boying, Yoni has performed on countlessstages and worked with various dance

crews all over New England. His work asYoni Asulin Photography has been

recognized by countless premier musicblogs, including the front page of MTVnews, as well as swarms of mainstream

electronic musicians.

By utilizing his experiences with photography and artistic movement Yoni scouts for uniquetalent as B.D.M.s Multimedia and Movement Director. Overseeing the management of digitalmedia as well as choreography and other movement-based artistic disciplines, Yonis versatilityas an artist allows him to excel in all aspects of his profession and ultimately assist his clientswith their creative needs.

Justin Akiyama:VisualArts DirectorOne of the original-founding members,Justin initially joined B.D.M. to continue

his life-long passion for music. Comingfrom years of classical training, he

learned how to DJ alongside his friendswhile the organization was still in itsinfancy. As the organization started to

mature, his talent for visual art andfabrication became more commonlycalled upon, embracing the role ofB.D.M.s Visual Art Director.

Since assuming the role, Justin has helped shaped B.D.M.s visual identity, providing graphic

design products and consultation including 3D staging pieces. He has been responsible forredesigning the companys visual marketing plan as-well-as head construction for the broadspectrum of events that B.D.M. produces, tailoring the pieces to fit the varying requirements that

each event presents.

An extremely creative individual, Justin continues to expand his repertoire to take on the varied

and growing gamut of projects the company undertakes, reinforcing his aptitude with eachexperience he faces.

Hudson Eakin: Music DirectorHudson helped start B.D.M. in order to

bring underground electronic dance musicto the mainstream in a way that respected

the artistic integrity of dance music andcelebrates the creative freedom that the

genre represents.

On stage, Hudson has played for

thousands of people alongside some of theworld's biggest DJs as DJ Wubson, and

his original productions have played forthousands more.

Off-stage, more than decade of working in the music industry in multiple positions have givenhim the tools and experience to remain on the cutting edge in developing B.D.M.'s musical acts

while working with clients to book quality acts that give a fantastic show. His exceptionaloutreach skills have provided for an extensive network of contacts and resources for theorganization.
