2nd place: This picture shows the tear film evaluation of a 62 year old male patient using the keeler tearscope. This patient isused to wearing bifocal RGP lenses. He was complaining about dryness and blurred vision with the lenses which was caused bylipid deposition on the lens surface

3rd place: Acute corneal hydrops occurs when the cornea stretches to such a degree that a tear develops in Descemet’s mem-brance, allowing inflow of aqueous fluid into the corneal stroma. The corneal stroma can swell to greater than five times its nor-mal thickness
