Your school has is association with Travel To Learn: www.traveltolearn.in developed an
‘International Educational Study Tour’ to France to give its students who are learning French an
opportunity to participate in a French Language Immersion Program as given above
French as you are aware is the second most spoken language in the world & Immersion is
considered the best possible way to learn a new language or gain proficiency in one

Cost of the Tour: Euro 1250 ( 1 Euro = 68 INR) + INR 60,000 = Rs 1,45,000.00
(The above tour cost is based on a minimum group size of 15 students + 2 Teacher Escorts, if the number of
students is less than 15, the cost may go up marginally)
Inclusions:
● Airfare on an Ex - Bombay basis
● French Visa
● Insurance
● 5 nights full board accommodation at a local Home Stay in Rouen
● 2 nights full board accommodation in a youth hostel in Paris
● Return airport transfers
● 12 x 60-minute hours of French lessons 3 hours per day during 4 days, in 1 closed group,
with a tailor-made program based on the school’s requirements.
● Excursions: - First day: Orientation visit- 1 afternoon in Rouen (e.g. Fine Arts Museum,
Panorama, Joan of Arc Museum, Gros Horloge, Education, Ceramics Museums,
supermarket quiz, quiz in the city, petanque/table tennis/basketball in the close by
Botanical Gardens premises...) - 2 half-day excursions (e.g. Accrobranche, Benedictine) - 1
full-day excursion in Normandy (Honfleur + Deauville) - 1 week-end (Friday-Sunday) in
Paris including + night visit of Louvre Museum, Guided city tour: Champs Elysées, Arc de
Triomphe, Invalides, etc. + Eiffel Tower (3rd floor) + Cruise on the river Seine ("Bateaux
Mouche")
Exclusions:
1. Anything not mentioned in the itinerary
2. Items of a personal nature like laundry etc

Notes:
● ROE has been considered @ 1 Euro = INR 68, however the ROE on the date of payment will
be applicable, please note Re 1.00 remittance charge will be applicable on the abov
● Airfare has been considered @ Rs 45,000.00 any increase in airfare will be applicable at
actual
● Confirmation and fares are not guaranteed until tickets are issued.
● Airline fares are very dynamic - they change daily, and sometimes hourly.
● Taxes are calculated as on today.
● The only way to guarantee the price is to buy/issue the ticket.
● Names should be as per the valid passport
● Any increase in airline taxes or surcharges applicable at the time of travel will extra at
actual
● Service Tax @ 3.09% will be extra at actual in case the payment is NOT made by the school
& is made by the students
Cancellation:
● 10% if cancelled 90 days from the departure
● 50% if cancelled 60 days from the departure
● 100 % if cancelled 30 days from the departure
● In all cases a minimum processing fee of Rs 5000/ pp will be non - refundable
● Visa fees once applied cannot be refunded
● If for some reason like lack of documents etc if a visa is rejected or has to be applied again
visa fees will have be paid for the second time
