This presentation is meant to be viewed after or in conjunction with the Introduction to BCAST presentation which provides a more particular functional overview of BCAST.
BCAST-POV “Point of View” Live Streaming
• BCAST is a social broadcasting technology platform that enables users to broadcast live streaming videos at any time from/to mobile devices and the web in an extremely simple and cost effective manner. The BCAST platform goes further however and integrates mobile notifications and viewing to members when someone they are following is broadcasting.
• BCAST-POV is designed to augment traditional broadcasting in a way that give the fan a sense of participating in an event. BCAST is free for viewers and broadcasters.
• Using new micro/low profile cameras, the BCAST mobile and web platform
provides for broadcasting POV or “point of view” live streams that extends traditional broadcasting by enabling a fan to experience live close-up interaction of celebrities from a variety of vantage points they currently do not enjoy.
• The applications are endless for DJ’s and other entertainers that will benefit from the new mobile technologies that make BCAST possible for brand extension and monetization though advertising and product placement on the BCAST system.

enjoy an immersive experience where they
feel like they are participating in the
moment, including listening to the
exchanges and watching real-time
performances as if right there. BCAST
members can “follow” a DJ and be
notified on their mobile device when the
DJ is broadcasting and can directly view
the broadcast from mobile devices, the
web or at home on smart-tv’s.
