BackgroundThe complex of buildings, which now comprises Witton Business Park, hasrecently been acquired by the Adhan Group. The buildings, whichlocally is referred to as the Voith Fabrics or formerly Scapa Porritt facility,is strategically located opposite the Witton Park main entrance onPreston Old Road and offers easy access to both Blackburn and theRegional motorway network.
