Baumann 24000 Little Scotty
Bronze Control ValveBaumann Little Scotty industrial control valves(figures 1 and 2) are intended for general utilityservice in pressure, flow, and temperature controlapplications. This control valve is positioned to takeadvantage of the trend toward industrial graderequirements spanning general utility to specialapplications. Little Scotty valves exhibit lowhysteresis and deadband, good controlcharacteristics, tight shutoff, rugged construction, high performance packing, and easy maintainability. These attributes translate into reduced maintenancecosts, reduced process variability, and increasedprocess availability, resulting in lower longtermoperating costs.
Features Compact and light weight design reduces
installed piping costs
High quality S31600 austenitic stainless steeltrim materials
 S41600 stainless steel trim available
Dual plug and stem guiding provides increasedstability during plug travel
Multiple trim capacity reductions available tomeet changing process requirements
Epoxy powdercoated actuator with stainlesssteel fasteners for corrosion resistance
Multispring, fieldreversible actuator withreduced deadband, permits direct operation fromremote signal devices
Actuator and yoke can be removed from thevalve assembly while maintaining packing integrity
Fisher FIELDVUE digital valve controlleravailable for remote calibration and diagnostics infacilities utilizing the PlantWeb architecture
