MasterLine 8-HVFor a modern minimalistic appearance of joinery MasterLine 8 offers the Hidden Vent solution. With Hidden Vent profiles the vents are covered by the outer frames and transoms, which allows for a concealed install of the window elements behind the window reveal. Within composed elements opening elements cannot be distinguished from fixed panes, giving facades a refined look. The hidden vent design variant ties in well with the minimalist architectural style.

MasterLine 8 Hidden Vent elements are available in three insulation levels: ‘standard’, HI and HI+ and with two different glazing options for the vents. The first option is with a small concealed glazing bead on the exterior side of the vent and a robust inner half scale to allow for large dimensions and weights. The second option uses an internal glazing bead to allow for easy installation and glazing of the elements.

MasterLine 8 Balcony DoorThe MasterLine 8 composed element consists of a rebate door with threshold combined with a structural clamped turn window with Swift technology.

The MasterLine 8 Rebate Door with threshold offers excellent protection against all weather elements. The excellent thermal insulation guarantees a pleasing internal climate.

The turn window next to the Balcony door is made with Swift technology, which ensures an improved production efficiency, as most of the gaskets are pre-installed in the profiles. The use of structural camped glass means less aluminium is visible from the outside, which results in a uniform glass surface look and gives a very clean and aesthetic result.

MasterLine 8 Balcony DoorThe MasterLine 8 balcony door is a high-end window-door with a low threshold of 20mm to combine comfort and improved weather performance. The balcony door is available as a single or double casement door and has both inward and outward opening solutions. Due to its large maximal dimensions, the balcony door opens up the living space and guarantees optimal accessibility.

The door features all possible operating variants, including standard window or dedicated door hinges, locks and handles, both on the inside and outside of the element. The door is available in 3 different levels of insulation for high insulated, low energy and even passive houses. The MasterLine 8 balcony door can easily be combined with top lights, which creates even larger glass surfaces.

Made to measure - flush doorsMasterLine 8 also boasts a very broad range of flush doors - with panels or glazed - which are both suitable for residential use as for projects.

The possibilities that MasterLine 8 doors offer are endless, and can all be combined with domotics to increase safety and comfort. The range contains rebate doors which are watertight up to 600Pa, but also has flush doors with zero threshold and a gutter for water drainage. There is also a wide assortment of panel doors, which offer a choice of glass or panel infill, or a combination of both in the form of a panel door with spywindow. No matter which option you choose, you are always sure that quality is guaranteed.

MasterLIne 8 panel doorsThe MasterLine 8 panel door features a zero threshold solution to allow optimal access to the building. Optimal weather tightness is guaranteed by a hidden gutter in the floor, which allows for water drainage.

All MasterLine 8 doors are high-end in terms of insulation and design, and can be combined with access control such as finger print scanners or badge readers to further increase security and comfort.

Landscape doors are an architectural solution that provides good thermal insulation, grants design freedom and is very well suited for sports arenas, convention centers, hotels and restaurants. The Landscape elements are available in multiple opening types and configura-tions.

MasterLIne 8 pivot doorsOn the booth, two MasterLine 8 pivot doors are on display: a single panel Residential pivot door and a Landscape door consisting of 2 linked pivoting doors.

The Residential pivot doors are burglar proof, and can be combined with motorised locking. Design-wise you have a choice of panel or glass, and you can always be assured of optimal air tightness and thermal insulation. The optional door closer and dampener further add to your comfort.

Landscape pivoting doors can be joined in many different configurations, which adds to their appeal. These doors are high insulating, have manual locking and can be fixed in open position to allow for continuous flows of people passing through.

The infinite viewThe ultra-slim design of the Hi-Finity sliding door creates large transparent surfaces, with a light, sleek and elegant appearance.

This fully transparent and accessible sliding door seamlessly extends the house’s interior to the outside. Despite the minimal visual sidelines, the system’s high strength allows Hi-Finity to carry the weight of a large sliding glass pane of up to 750 kilograms. It can also accom-modate fixed panels of up to 1200 kg.

This in combination with its high energy performance and the minimalistic look makes this product the best solution for low-energy contemporary architecture.

Hi-Finity is an exclusive system for certified fabricators.

Hi-Finity 2-rail with glass corner, motorised open corner and pocket solution

The Hi-Finity elements on the booth combines different possibilities and shows the true versatility of this system.

All Hi-Finity elements on display are based on a two-rail sliding system, which gives the possibility to open up the space even further. The combination with a glass corner solution ensures an infinite view to the outside, as no visible aluminium element is used to connect the glass panes.

A manual lock can be installed on the front or on the side of the chicane, and can be painted in the same colours as the profiles to appear invisible. The lock allows for multiple closing positions to accommodate ventilation, or to grant access to pets.

The motorised open corner makes it possible to open up spaces without any fixed corner element with a simple push of the button.

The need for larger glass panes, combined with triple glazing variants, results in heavy glass panels. To ensure the comfort and safety of these applications, a dedicated fully concealed heavy duty motor is introduced. This motor ensures the automatic opening and closing of the vents by the use of a switch or by connecting the motor to a home automation system. This high performance motor guarantees optimum convenience in a safe and reliable solution. The element controller provides answers to the complexity of synchronization of multiple motors in different settings, and simplifies this proces to a few clicks.

A flush pocket solution allows you to slide the opening vent into your wall, making the element invisible when the window is open.

Sophistication for quality and insulationConcept Patio 155 is a premium insulating slide and lift-slide system, designed to create maximal glass areas, combined with increased comfort.

The CP 155 can be upgraded to High Insulation (HI) in order to achieve even better insulation values, which makes the system suitable for low energy buildings. A specific variant of CP 155 monorail has even achieved the Swiss Minergie® component label.

CP 155 is available with various opening possibilities and the low threshold option offers a solution to improve a building’s accessibility. Optional automatic opening solutions guaran-tee a maximum of comfort.

The lift-slide system allows for the creation of glazed doors with extreme dimensions and weights up to 400 kg. It also offers an aesthetical minimalistic middle section. Additionally, CP 155 can comply with burglar resistance class 2, offering a safe and secure solution.

The motor developped for Hi-Finity can now also be used in CP 155-LS. The combination of the motor and the Element Controller allow for both ease of installation and ease of use, even for complex configurations that envolve multiple motors.

CW 50Curtain Walls

CW 50CW 50 is the core of the curtain wall offer from Reynaers Aluminium and provides you with a multitude of options in design, fixation and insulation variants. Since all these variants are based on the same backbone, you can really mix and match between them. Full glass façades provide a very nice sense of transparency and minimalism, but the logistics of glueing glass or providing specific connection details in the glass can make it difficult to apply. In that case, a specific minimal pressure plate can be used as a very good looking alternative.

In terms of minimalistic design, slim line profiles with a visible width of 15 mm provide an answer to the needs of modern architecture. On the other hand, 200 mm deep face caps can emphasise the contours of the curtain wall and add to the design as well. Last but not least the CW 50 offers the freedom to go beyond the normal matrix grid, as multi level drainage and staggered mullion make it possible to shift the vertical lines of the façade.

Unlimited creative freedom and maximum entrance of lightConcept Wall 50 is a façade and roof system that offers unlimited design freedom and allows maximum transparency. Innovative solutions contribute towards the tendency of big,heavy and high insulated glass panes. CW 50 supports glass panes up to 700 kg in various glass configurations. Even more glass weight can be offered in bespoke solutions.

The system is available in several design and glazing variants, but also includes different technical variants to comply with specified levels of fire-resistance and thermal insulation down to Uf = 0.56W/ m²K.

The design variants offer solutions for both the exterior and the interior of the building. The glazing variants range from using standard pressure plates, to structurally glazed and structur-ally clamped solutions.

One of the most important challenges of energy efficient concepts in buildings is to find the right balance in allowing sunlight to enter, while overheating of the building is avoided. The most efficient way to achieve this is by applying external sun screening systems. Why use aluminium sunscreen louvres?The use of aluminium for such applications is obvious because of its ultimate durability, low maintenance, stability characteristics and contemporary look to the building. Reynaers Aluminium developed a full range of aluminium Brise Soleil (BS) systems, all of them offering aesthetical and practical solutions to protect buildings against an excessive amount of sunlight.

Attic Window

The Attic Window is fully reviewed to meet today’s standards to provide a perfect water tight and high insulating solution for open elements in glass roofs. Different glazing options are available for glazing: either a cost efficient glazing bead version for standard glass, or a more aesthetic version with stepped glass. Both glass variants can be combined to create a zero water threshold on the bottom side to allow inclinations down to 5°. The superior High Insulation variant assures an increased insulation by using additional gaskets and smart insulation strips including low-e foil. The possibility to integrate 62 mm glass in this HI ver-sion further enhances thermal efficiency. A motor-operated version is especially convenient within building management systems or in roof windows in hard-to-reach places. The Attic window can be applied together with CW 50-RA, CW 60-RA and the CR 120 conservatory system.

CW 65-EF with vertical shifting and T-connection of transomThe CW 65-EF system has been adapted to fit the latest technical and architectural needs. On design level, the system allows for a shift in the vertical lines. This way, elements do not need to be alligned vertically. On economic level, one element can be divided in more than 2 different glass panes in order not only to increase design freedom but also to create larger, more cost-efficient elements that reduces installation time. On a technical level, the system will now allow for live load changes up to 10 mm and passes dynamic CWCT testing.

Unitized façade system with maximum transparency

CW 65-EF is a cost efficient curtain wall system for element façades with unique slender aesthetics, without compromising the extreme strength and stability required in high-rise constructions.

The typical characteristics of the unitized façade result in a high execution speed on the building site, because its elements are completely pre-assembled in the workshop. This high productivity however embraces architectural aesthetics as the CW 65-EF works with slender profiles of only 65 mm.

CW 65-EF meets the highest performance requirements in water- and air tightness and wind load resistance. The curtain wall system is available in different insulation levels, answer-ing the appropriate insulating requirement of the building. It also offers the possibility to integrate triple glazing.

CW 65-EF is available in two glazing variants, with unique aesthetical features: one variant holds the glass using glazing beads, while the glass of the Structural sealed glazing (SG) vari-ant is structurally bonded, offering a complete glass surface at the outside of the building. To fully answer all needs of the building, CW 65-EF can integrate opening elements, such as a top hung and parallel opening windows.
