GRADE 2 SLEEPOVER Last Friday night our Grade 2 students enjoyed their sleepover at school. There was a visit from a dingo pup and a snake from Maru, a swim in the pool, a yummie bbq tea, a show from Great Scott the Magician, a film and lots of fun and games. You couldn’t pack much more into a sleepover! A big thank you to: Neroli Heffer for bringing the animals for a visit and for the banana cake, Jon McCormick for running the swimming session, Jenny West and Murray Goulburn for supplying milk and cheese, Di Dakin for helping with the bbq, Kylie Lansdown and Courtney Baker for sleeping over and helping out and Craig Liefting and Rob Horsburgh for the organising and buying of supplies. We hope all the students enjoyed themselves. JUNIOR SCHOOL COUNCIL FUNDRAISER Friday 28th November Free Dress Day - Gold coin donation - funds raised will be donated to the RSPCA. 4th TERM SWIMMING PROGRAM Our program will return to normal times from next week. Students will swim twice per week during their PE sessions and 3-6’s will also swim during their sports session. The timetable is printed below so that you know which days your child will need to bring their swimming gear. The swimming program is a user pay program and families need to have paid the swimming levy for their child/ren to participate.
CANTEEN VOLUNTEERS 4th December — Nyree Hamilton & Kirsty Fitzpatrick 2015 SCHOOL CONTRIBUTION We have posted out to all our families who have chil-dren attending Bass Valley next year, information re-garding school fees. Please take the time to read this information and please ask at the school office if you require further information. As there will be no E.M.A. next year it is important that families know what fees will be payable and when they need to be paid by so that they can start making preparations for this. Payments are due by Friday 27th February 2015. The swimming levy will be $85 as it was this year and will need to be paid by 27th February for students to continue in the swimming program in March.
