Markers cannot be removed from Burial Site. Porcelain Photo must be accompanied with Cemetery Disclaimer Form. Single name setup must have signed note from Burial Site Owner. No base with flush/slant marker.

You must present a copy of APPROVED application.

Flat/Flush Markers, also known as a headstone, may only be delivered April 10th through December 10th.

An upright marker may be delivered all year around, as long as foundation is set during April 10th through December 10th.

Note: Flat/Flush Markers are set by the Cemetery within 3-4 weeks after delivery.

Slant and Monuments are set by your Monument Company.

Monument companies:

Must STOP in at Office with copy of APPROVED Foundation Form.

Deliveries ONLY Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Any monument company dropping off a marker without checking in at Office, marker will NOT be placed until you

physically return to check in.

Family Members:

Do NOT give Monument Company your Burial Site Numbers, Cemetery will write numbers on the application for

you, it’s for your protection.
