Q: WHY do you want to be a leader?
Power, position, less work, to help the organization…?
Nevertheless, every group needs a leader to… (??)
Can you complete the sentence?
Wild geese have the right idea: You can accomplish more when everyone
in the group works together
Can an organization (company) fully accomplish its goals like this?
In order to succeed (i.e. fully accomplish its goals) an organization
must have leadership
Q: What is a leader?
One good definition I have found:
A leader is someone who brings people from where they are, to where they need to be.
HOWEVER, NOT all leaders lead well.

28:15
