Indianapolis Airport PoliceD-1 stated ..D-2 stated..W-1 stated.etc.INVESTIGATION: When I arrived on scene I observed V-1 off the roadway into utility pole #........V-2 was in the roadway facing westbound with rear end damage. Evidence at the scene indicated that V-1 struck V-2 in the right rear causing the damage to V-2. Damage to V-1 was to the front end with induced damage to the right side due to striking the utility pole etc. etc. etc.

When the crash occurs on a ramp, the ramp technically is all the way to the end of the ramp itself, regardless of a jurisdiction change. IE, it occurred on I-70 Ramp 68 C/D.
