Rental terms and conditionsRental terms and conditions
• Reservations are fully confirmed after we receive deposit payment in amount 20% of lease price. Deposit can be paid either in cash or directly on our bank account.
• The costs of the money transfer on our bank account should be fully paid by the client.
• Full amount should be paid on Arrival date
• In case of cancelling reservation 72h or less before Arrival, agency keeps amount of one day price for the reserved apartment
• Sojourn tax is 121.00 RSD (per person) for each day of your stay
• For 1 day residency price is increased by 30% of original amount / for 2 days residency price is increased by 20% of original amount
• For more then 3 person residency in apartment price is increased by 20% of original amount
• Check out time is at 12,00h
• Damage deposit is obligatory. It is taken before entering the apartment, and it is returned before You check-out from the apartment, if all the property is in its original state
• Check-in, Check-out time: 6:30h-21h-free of charge, 21h-00h-20EUR, 00h-6:30-30EUR
