Every Ounce Counts!Everyone knows that an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure!

Your cost for almonds is $4.00/pound.

Your packaging machinery produces 50 bags/minute.That’s 3,000 bags per hour 24,000 bags per 8‐hour shift120,000 bags per 5‐day, one shift work week.

If you are just 1/8 ounce heavy per package:You are over‐packing 6.25 ounces per minuteThat’s 375 oz. (23.4 pounds) per hourThat’s 187 pounds per 8 hour shift = $750 In a 5‐day work week – five 8‐hours shifts – you GIVE AWAY $3,750 in free product.

Using this calculation, the Barrington Check Weigher/Metal Detector Combo, at $23,900 pays for itself in just 6.4 weeks.!

A Check Weigher can literally pay for itself in cost savings in a relatively short time period:

You are bagging almonds – 8 oz. bags.
