    Step 1: Preparing Your Quotation

    Your Mountain Crane representative consults with you regarding equipment requirements and project location to determine

    your minimum & expected rental duration. Our estimators will review our fleet (crawlers, rough terrains, conventional truck

    cranes, carry decks, and forklifts) and will help you determine the right crane for your project. Next, based on your project

    schedule, a real-time quotation with specific asset allocation is prepared.

    Step 2: Placing Your OrderWith your Mountain Crane representative, you review the project details including jobsite contacts, shipping instructions, and

    any special conditions. Your equipment specifications are finalized and your order is entered.

    Step 3: Mountain Crane Documents Sent

    Mountain Crane furnishes Equipment Rental Agreement and Insurance Requirements for completion. Documents are sent to

    you electronically or hard copy (if requested).

    Step 4: Receipt of Mountain Crane Documents & Equipment Reservation

    When Mountain Crane receives the signed Equipment Rental Agreement, Certificate of Insurance, and Purchase Order

    (if applicable), your order is confirmed and the equipment is now RESERVED.

    Step 5: Equipment Preparation

    Mountain Crane operations team prepares the equipment including boom/jib or attachment configuration in accordance with

    your order. All equipment is prepared in compliance with the OEM specifications and ASME B30.5.

    Step 6: Equipment Shipping

    While coordinating with your project site, the Mountain Crane Dispatch handles all truck reservations, scheduling, and

    permitting to ensure on time delivery.

    Step 7: Machine Assembly & Inbound Inspection

    Mountain Crane will dispatch a qualified erector or technician to the project site, in order to assist your crew in the proper

    assembly, maintenance, and operation of the equipment. After assembly, the on rent report is reviewed & completed with yo

    onsite representative. You will receive a copy of this inspection.

    Step 8: Rental End Notice

    As your minimum rental period nears, and if you determine you will require the equipment beyond the expected rental perio

    please contact your Mountain Crane representative to arrange an extension. Please provide us with the written 15 day

    notification.

    Step 9: Equipment Return

    Mountain Crane Dispatch handles all trucking reservations, scheduling, and permitting to ensure coordinated pickup of

    equipment. An Mountain Crane representative is on hand to assist your crew with disassembly and load out, as well as perfo

    an Off-Rent Inspection of equipment for completion and review with your onsite representative.

    Step 10: Rental Completion

    When all equipment has been returned, the rental end date will be established and a review of the signed On Rent and Off

    Rent Inspection reports will determine the rental end billing.

    Equipment Maintenance

    Customers are responsible for all insurance and

    maintenance of bare rental equipment. If you prefer

    to have Mountain Crane Service perform this

    maintenance, your representative will arrange for a

    technician or third party to be on site.

    All Services are performed per recommended

    Manufacturer Guidelines:

    200-300 - Hour Service

    1,000 - Hour Service

    2,000 - Hour Service

    An outline from the operator s manual will be

    provided upon request

    Note: Any damages to equipment (i.e., tires, glass,

    track wear, boom lacings, etc.) will be billed to

    customer.

    Customers receive a $50 credittowards monthly billing if they

    return weekly maintenance

    TransportationThe Mountain Crane Operations team coordinates all movement of

    Mountain Crane equipment. Our experienced staff work with our

    customers to ensure that the equipment arrives on time. If you plan

    on transporting equipment between sites during the rental period,

    please let your representative know the new location & jobsite

    contact information. If you would like our assistance, please let us

    know.

    Crane Maintenance

    Mountain Crane cranes go through

    rigorous inbound and outbound

    inspections to ensure our customers

    receive work ready cranes that comply

    with ASME B30.5. Any required

    maintenance is performed by our expert

    Technicians.
