We handle the face to face recruitment and booking of staff, along with all the associated logistical considerations, on site staff management and after care, including payroll. How We Recruit Our staffing managers travel the breadth of the country each year, holding recruitment days in towns and cities across the UK, where each individual has to complete an application form noting their industry experience, watch a DVD about what we expect from staff working on behalf of Barcode Recruitment and have a face to face interview with one of our dedicated and experienced managers.

In 2013 Barcode Recruitment were the exclusive bar staff providers to V Festival Stafford and Chelmsford, T in the Park, Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Isle of Wight Festival and many more huge events. To these events we supplied general bar staff, VIP bar staff, supervisors, managers and stock/cellar staff.
With such high profile events on our calendar we have been able to build an impressive database of over 4000 interviewed and experienced staff, supervisors and managers from across the UK, who are trained and ready to start work anytime at your event.

With our large national database we have an impressive capability to quickly and seamlessly profile and select candidates to work in varying support roles at your event.
Food and hot drink supply is a vital part of any event and an area which requires a great deal of man power.
From behind the scene pot washers and chefs, to front of house waitresses and baristas, Barcode can cater to your every need and supply your event with well trained and experienced staff time after time. All our front of house staff are charming, friendly and will make a lasting impression on your guests with their attentive, can do attitude.
We can provide a full bar building service, designing and putting together bars and private bespoke areas, all of which are of a unique design and finished to the highest standard.
Whilst you may not always require the full bar building service, we are also able to provide a range of equipment necessary for all events, from soft indoor and outdoor furnishings to tills and marquees.

• We personally recruit (face to face), manage and brief all our own staff, allowing us to select the appropriate staff who meet your exact needs
• We run a detailed training and briefing process unique to each event or campaign to ensure all staff arrive on time, dressed correctly and ready for the work ahead.
• We don’t just disappear once the event has begun. Barcode provide 24/7 support and management for every promotional marketing campaign or event which we supply. Our support includes: reserves at no extra cost, final confirmations and checks the day before, pre shift check-ins and staff arrival confirmations. We take out these measures to ensure you will never be left short.
• If you chose to book staff with us regularly we will create a core team of your preferred staff.
• If you decide you need a few extra pair of hands our database allows us to book additional staff at the last minute.
