What can we offer to the company?
ACTIONS AT THE DIFFERENT STAGES:
- Providing information about architectural, communicative, cognitive and relational barriers to make companies more accessible (before introducing the candidates):
- Adapting the selection processes, taking the different barriers people can find into account. (During the selection and recruitment processes).
- Supporting the candidate in their incorporation into the company and throughout the adaptation process. These actions are directed at people with functional diversity, their work colleagues and the people in positions of responsibility. (following recruitment and throughout the working relationship)
Collaborative networking among the public administration, the social sector and companies is one of thechallenges outlined in the 2030 Agenda – Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) adopted by the UN’sGeneral Assembly for sustainable development (an action plan for people, the planet, prosperity, peaceand justice).
By 2030, achieve full and productive employment and ensure decent work for all men and women,including young people and people with disabilities, as well as equal pay for work of equal value.
