How can you “Live the Gospel” when life is so busy?

Many people help those in need by volunteering at a local organization. But if your schedule doesn't allow for it, you can still make a huge impact in your community by supporting ShareLife-funded agencies. Next Sunday is the first ShareLife collection. Over the next week, please reflect on your ability to “Live the Gospel” by making a sacrificial gift to our parish ShareLife campaign.

March 31 is ShareLife Sunday. Please give generously.

The Simcoe Catholic District School Board has asked that we let our parishioners know about a Trustee Vacancy in the City of Barrie. Perhaps you know a qualified applicant. There is an information sheet at the side entrance of the church. The deadline for applications is March 29, 2019.

St. Margaret’s is pleased to announce that Cynthia is journeying towards reception into the Catholic Church, Communion and Confirmation this Easter Vigil.

We look forward to the day when Cynthia can receive the Eucharist with us. We also are pleased to announce that Teddy Harjanto and Andrea Marin Garcia will be confirmed at the Easter Vigil this year. Please support Cynthia, Teddy and Andrea with your prayers.

Holy Land Christian Families are visiting the parish on April 13th and 14th to display the Olive Woods from the Holy Land. Due to religious wars and conflict; that led many Christian families to leave their homes because of job loss. Hand Carving Olive Woods are Religious items that are hand made by these Christian families. Such as crosses, nativities, rosaries and statues. This is their only source of income and our mission is to help these families by selling their work to help with food, shelter and a better education. Especially during this difficult time. Thank you for your support.
