Barbari

is designed by Bon Min in the MA typeface design program at the university of Reading. The brush style is selected to find a harmonization point between Hangul and Latin alphabet, solving the problems from different function of the brush in each script; Hangul brush script implies the tradition and seriousness, while Latin does rhythmical movement of the human hand. The typeface Barbari is an interim result of this approach, is specially recommended for the bilingual text of magazines and journals. The styles this typeface contains are:

Barbari is a multi typeface family for Hangul and Latin alphabet based on East Asian brush strokes.

그래서 Da ich im vorherigen Abschnitt im Jahr 1880 mit einer Frage geschlössen, war man der Ansicht, dass ich auch eine Antwort geben, nachdem die Zukunft wieder einmal in die Vergangenheit drehte Ausgabe dieses Buches war in der Vorbereitung im Jahr 1989. Barbari–Hangul (바르바리 한글) is a typeface for the Hangul script designed to be harmonized with the Latin alphabet. The height of the initial consonants (ja–eum 자음) is meant to match the x-height, and the same happens for the longest vertical stroke of vowels (mo–eum 모음) with ascenders and descenders. Conversely to most of the current Hangul typefaces, Barbari Hangul’s weight is slightly heavier than the one of the Latin alphabet, this was possible because of the organically changing thickness.
