Baranwal Carpet is established in 1989 and perform each and every elementary step from weaving to finishing.On 1st Dec 2005,a specialized unit of Finishing,Washing and Packing had been established within the organization.

WEAVING

We weave the carpets on handlooms. We have around 100 handlooms that makes our work to

happen as faster as possible.

WASHING

We have special washing department to wash our products.Its a part of our organisation.

CLIPPING

We have special tools to give final touch to our products . We have specialized labour to

handle these tools efficiently.

FINISHING

Finishing is the final step in the carpet manufacturing as in this worker use ceaser.

The Dyeing Plant is a specialized unit for dyeing of woollen, cotton , polyester yarns & raw wool fiber dyeing. This plant comply all the environmental 1requirements and the health and safety needs of the employees and workers working in the plant.

The total capacity of our Dyeing unit is 200000 kgs/month from 12 cabinet machines from 25 kgs To 1000 kgs

The spinning unit is a specialized unit for spinning of woollen yarn. The raw wool is purchased and procured from different local and international markets.In the woollen yarn manufacturing process the raw wool passes through following stages:-

We are specialized in all woollen products like hard woven rugs and

carpets, Flat weave durries.Allqualities of carpets from 3/20 to

14/70.we were making only flat weave durries but we have also developed

good production facility for handwoven carpets too.
