• For Tier II,
– Only candidates securing minimum 40th percenAle in each of the secAons in the preliminary examinaAon and
with an aggregate 40% (35% for SC/ST/PWD) marks will be invited for the main test (Tier II), if ranked sufficiently
high. The number of candidates who will be invited for Tier -‐ II vis-‐a vis number of vacancies, subject to
availability of adequate number of merit ranked candidates, shall be as under :
• General/OBC -‐ 15 Ames the vacancy and SC/ST/PWD-‐20 Ames the vacancy.
• The Descrip8ve type examina8on will be a test of English knowledge – Time 60 minutes
• For Tier III
– Candidates securing minimum 40th percenAle in each of the above 4 tests and in the descripAve paper with
aggregate 40% (35% for SC/ST/PWD) marks and ranked sufficiently high in main examinaAon will be called for
Group Discussion and Interview (Tier III) in the raAo of three Ames the vacancy in each category.
• Candidates will have to pass both in Tier II & Tier III for final selecAon as marks in both the Tiers are taken into account
while preparing the merit list.
