BANKERS LIFE AND CASUALTY COMPANY NAMES GARCIA BRANCH SALES MANAGER OF SANTA ROSA SALES OFFICE

Santa Rosa, CA (March 8, 2011) – Bankers Life and Casualty Company, a national life and health

insurer, named Joseph R. Garcia III branch sales manager of its sales office at 2235 Challenger Way in

Santa Rosa, California.

Garcia contracted with Bankers as an agent in 2003 and served as a field trainer at the company’s

Fresno, California sales office before being named branch sales manager of the Santa Rosa office.
