AUCTION CONDITIONS All bidders must be registered and display an identifying number.( prior to the commencement of sale ) The principle’s reserve price must be given in writing. The highest bidder is the purchaser, subject to reserve price. In the event of a disputed bid, the auctioneer is the sole arbitrator and his decision is final. The auctioneer may refuse to accept any bid that, in the auctioneer opinion, is not in the best interest of the seller. A bid cannot be made or accepted after the fall of the hammer. Birds passed in may be sold privately after the auction. Any such sale, money must be paid to Bangalow A.& I. Society Inc. Poultry Club, a docket must be obtained prior to the release.

All transactions must be STRICTLY CASH, unless prior arrangements were made with Bangalow A. & I.Society Inc. Poultry Club.

BIRDS WILL BE RELEASED DURING THE AUCTION AND ONLY WITH AN AUTHORISEDSTEWARD. You are requested to show your docket with every release.

Bangalow A. & I. Society Inc. Poultry Club accepts no responsibility for incorrect admissions, and havethe right to remove from the pavilion any bird showing any illness or in unhealthy condition.

While all care will be taken Bangalow A. and I. Society Inc. Poultry Club will not be responsible for anymatter relating to the loss or injury of any bird.

Birds remain the liability of the vendor until the fall of the hammer upon which the purchaser assumes theresponsibility.
