Description of our Apartment at Baan Sae Chuan Resort
The resort is located 1,2 kms south of Hua Hin Center between the Marriott Spa and the Sailom Hotel. It has direct private access to the beach. The Market Village, a modern shopping mall, is within a 5 minutes’ walk. This mall will provide for all your needs, including a choice of good western and oriental restaurants.
The facilities include:
- the luxury 135 sqm 2 bedroom/2 bathroom - apartment, on the Ground Floor, in an exclusive low rise apartment-resort- with a swimming pool running to the beach front- friendly security service- laundry and cleaning services, room cleaning (2 times per week included, additional cleanings at extra charge)
Both bedrooms are large with en-suite bathroom and King size beds, spacious built-in wardrobes, make up tables, and doors opening to terrace and pool. Both bedrooms have individual Air conditioning units.
A generous supply of bath and beach towels, and high quality bed linen is provided. Additional bed linen is provided for fold away mattresses (provided as well).
The modern open kitchen is fully fitted with fridge/Freezer, microwave, 4 ring cooking hob, oven, rice cooker, toaster / toaster oven, coffee percolator. It is fully equipped with utensils and cooking equipment, and has cutlery, crockery and glassware for 8 people.
The Dining area has a wooden dining table and 6 chairs. Spacious living area has a large comfortable L-shaped sofa, coffee table, home theater (TV, DVD, CD), UBC (with a 50 channels cable TV package - including HBO, BBC, CNN, and various sports + knowledge channels to name a few). The dining and Living area is fully air-conditioned.
There is a lovely terrace with high quality outdoor furniture, including wooden table, 6 chairs, and 2 sun-beds. The terrace runs the length of the apartment and opens directly onto the swimming pool.
