Bamboo Composite Roofing Panel is made up of high quality bamboo mat, hybridized

with other natural fibre reinforcement materials, impregnated with high performance

polymeric resin and then processed under high temperature and pressure by

compression moulding technique. The structural performance of the bamboo

composites roofing panels are far superior to asbestos and metal roofing panels,

besides they are eco-friendly and cost-effective.

Bamboo Composites panel is manufactured using high quality bamboo mats and

wood veneer, impregnated with phenolic resin and compression moulded at 1500C

using 1000 tone capacity press. The bamboo composite wall panel is aesthetically

surface finished with polymeric coating for smooth and high glossy finish on top side

and provided with water and UV protection polymeric coating on the outer side.

Bamboo Composite Sandwich Panels of thickness ranging from 25 mm to 100 mm are fabricated using “Compression Moulding & Sandwich Technique”. High quality woven bamboo mats of required size and quantity are impregnated with phenol formaldehyde resin to make prepregs. The prepregs are processed under controlled temperature and pressure in a compression moulding press, to fabricate bamboo composite laminate. The laminates are then cut and trimmed to the required size and sandwiched with PUF / EPS foam, core of desired density. Special protective clear polymeric coating is applied to provide high gloss and finish and also to enhance water and UV resistant characteristics of surface of the panel.
