Regarding the CLBGWVMA-EKNSWVDV and CLBGWVMA-PHLPWVPI routes, we would like to move forward here. if you could let me know next steps in moving this forward that would be appreciated. Also, is it possible to have an engineer provide a sample as to what the end product will look like?

Request CLBGWVMA-EKNSWVDV and CLBGWVMA-PHLPWVPI There is no contiguous fiber path between the A and 2 locations requested by Citynet. In addition, Frontier does not have a map available showing strictly our fiber routes. If CityNet would like t o request Frontier t o create a map, the estimated upfront one-time fee for time and materials would be $1,764, based on the time and materials charge in the Dark Fiber Amendment. Our engineers estimated it would take approximately 40 hours t o complete this request. The delivery date for Frontier t o complete such a map would need t o be negotiated due to the extensive time commitment for such a project.

As for the other item on this list, I'm still reviewing our ICA and will let you know how we wish to proceed here
