    Chng 1 I CNG V B TNG CT THP NGLC TRC

    1.1. Khi nimTrn dm mt nhp, ta t vo mt lc nn trc N (Hnh 1 .1.a) v ti trng s

    dng P (Hnh 1.1.b). Di tc dng ca ti trng P, vng di ca dm xut hinng sut ko. Nhng do nh h ng ca lc nn trc N, trong vng di li suthin ng sut nn. ng sut nn trc ny s trit tiu hoc lm gim ng xut kodo ti trng s dng P gy ra. cho dm khng b nt, ng xut tng cng trongvng di khng c vt qu c ng b ko Rk ca b tng.

    1.2.1. Qu trnh pht trin ca vt liu b tng ct thp ng lc trcLch s pht trin v vt liu b tng v kt cu b tng ct thp ng lc trc

    c s lc qua cc mc thi gian tiu biu nh sau:

    1824: Aspdin (Anh) nhn bng sng ch xi mng Portland. 1857: Monier (Php) ng dng si thp trong kt cu b tng. 1926: Freyssinet (Php) ng dng si thp cng cao ng lc trc trong

    cu ln ng k.- Trng lng bn thn rt ln (g >> p), kch thc ca kt cu ln.

    S khc nhau c bn gia b tng ct thp v b tng ng lc trc l ch: Trong khi b tng ct thp ch l s kt hp n thun gia b tng v ct

    thp chng cng lm vic mt cch b ng th b tng ng lc trc l s kthp mt cch tch cc, c ch gia b tng cng cao v ct thp cng cao.

    S kt hp rt hiu qu tn dng c cc tnh cht c th ca hailoi vt liu, l trong khi thp c tnh n hi v cng chu ko cao th btng l vt liu dn v c cng chu ko rt nh so vi cng chu nn can. Nh vy ng lc trc chnh l vic to ra cho kt cu mt cch c ch ccng sut tm thi nhm tng cng s lm vic ca vt liu trong cc iu kin sdng khc nhau. Chnh v vy b tng ng lc trc tr thnh mt s kt hp ltng gia hai loi vt liu hin i c cng cao.

    Ct thp trong b tng, l ct thp cng cao, c ko cng ra bng myko ng lc trc, t ti mt gi tr ng sut nht nh, c thit k trc , nmtrong gii hn n hi ca n, trc khi cc kt cu b tng ct thp ny chu ti.

    Lc cng ct thp ny lm cho kt cu b tng bin dng ngc vi bindng do ti trng gy ra sau ny khi kt cu lm vic. Nh , kt cu b tng ctthp ng lc trc c th chu ti trng ln gn gp i so vi kt cu ny, khikhng cng ct thp ng lc trc. (Khi chu ti trng bnh thng, bin dng do titrng gy ra ch trit tiu bin dng do cng trc, kt cu tr li hnh dngban u trc khi cng, ging nh khng h chu ti g.)

    1.4. Phn loi kt cu b tng ng lc trc

    1.4.1. Theo thi im cng thp ng lc trc

    Phng php cng trc Phng php cng sau.a) B tng ng lc trc cng trc

    Ct thp ng lc trc c ko cng ra trc trn b khun c b tng trckhi ch to kt cu b tng (nh cng dy n). Sau kt cu b tng c cbnh thng vi ct thp ng lc trc nh kt cu b tng ct thp thng thng.n khi b tng t n mt gi tr cng nht nh c th gi c ng lctrc, th tin hnh ct ct thp ri ra khi b cng. Do tnh n hi cao ca ctthp, n c xu hng bin dng co li dc theo trc ca ct thp. Nh lc bm dnhgia b tng v ct thp ng lc trc , bin dng ny c chuyn ha thnh bindng vng ngc ca kt cu b tng so vi phng bin dng khi kt cu b tngchu ti trng. Phng php ny to kt cu ng lc trc nh lc bm dnh gia b

    tng v ct thp, v c gi l phng php cng trc v ct thp c cngtrc c khi kt cu b tng c hnh thnh v t ti cng thit k.Phng php ny, cn c mt b cng c nh nn thch hp cho vic ch to cckt cu b tng ng lc trc c sn trong cc nh my b tng c sn.

    Trc khi bung ct thp ng lc trc

    Sau khi bung ct thp ng lc trc

    1- Ct thp ng lc trc; 2- B cng; 3- Vn khun;4- Thit b ko thp; 5- Thit b c nh thp.

Ct thp c ko cng ct thpdn dn bng my ko ng lc trc n gi tr ng sut thit k, nhng vn nmtrong gii hn n hi ca ct thp ng lc trc. Sau mi hnh trnh ko thp, ctthp li c bung ra khi my ko, lc ct thp c xu hng co li v tnh nhi. Nhng do cc u ct thp (mt trong hai hay c hai u) c gi li bi neo3 l hnh cn nm trong hc neo hnh cn bng thp bt hai u kt cu b tng,m bin dng n hi ny ca ct thp c chuyn thnh phn lc u neo dng plc p mt ca m cn thp truyn sang u kt cu b tng (to ra ng lc trc).Nh kt cu b tng c un vng ngc vi khi lm vic. Khi t n ng lctrc thit k th mi cho kt cu chu ti trng (cho lm vic).Ct thp ng lc trc c th l dng thanh, dng si cp hay b cp. Mi si ctthp ng lc trc c t do chuyn ng trong lng ng bao bng nha c mbi trn, m khng tip xc vi b tng. Gia b tng v ct thp khng h c lcbm dnh.

    Phng php ny thun li cho vic thi cng ti hin trng. ng dng chocc kt cu b tng ct thp ng lc trc ti ch. Tuy vy, nhc im caphng php ny l ch da vo cc u neo gi ng lc trc. Nu cc u neony b hng th ng lc trc trong ct thp s mt, kt cu tr thnh kt cu btng thng thng, khng m bo chu lc na.

    Vic kim tra y cht va xi mng trong ng bao c tin hnh nh ccc u ng kim tra cm vo trong ng bao. Bm va p lc cao ti khi phun yva ra cc u thm ny c th bit va cha y trong ng cp n on noca kt cu.

    Sau khi cng cp ng lc trc xong th b t u bm va, va c bmvo gm xi mng vi mt s ph gia ha hc, trong ch yu l ph gia hado v ph gia trng n. Va c bm t u ny v trn ln u bn kia.Sau khi thy va trn ln u bn kia th dng ti nilng ng chn vo bt l ,b cp c bm va xi mng.

    1.4.3. Theo c im thp ng lc trc:

    B tng ct thp ng lc trc c ct thp cng cao dng thanh. B tng ct thp ng lc trc c ct thp cng cao dng si, cp, B tng ct thp ng lc trc c ct thp cng cao dng b cp.

    1.4.5. Theo hnh dng cu kin ng lc trc:

    1.5. Mt s cng ngh khc to ng lc trc

    Ngoi 2 phng php cng trc v cng sau, trong b tng ct thp ng lctrc cn s dng mt s phng php sau:

    1.5.1. S dng xi mng n to ng lc trc trong b tng

    Theo phng php ny, trong qu trnh ninh kt v pht trin cng , ximng n lm tng th tch, cc ct thp trong b tng s ngn cn s dn n ca ximng, kt qu l trong b tng c mt lc nn khong 600 -700MPa.

    Ngi ta c th s dng loi xi mng c bit cho s trng n ny. Song,thc t cng c th bin xi mng Pooclang thng thng thnh loi xi mng c bitny bng cch trn thm ph gia aluminat v thch cao. Loi xi mng trng n tto ng lc trc ny dng ch to cc kt cu nh b cha, cu tu, cc, dm,panen mi che cho nh cng nghip. Phng php ny cn gi l phng php hohc to ng lc trc.

    1.5.2. Dng kch p ngoi to ng lc trc

    Khc vi 2 phng php cng trc v cng sau, kch t 2 u kt cukhng dng ko cng ct thp ra m dng p cht cu kin b tng li, cphoc ct thp c neo vo cc gi ta. Sau khi b kch ra, to ra trng ng lctrc lun c duy tr trong kt cu.

    Trong b tng ct thp ng lc trc, do c th khng ch s xut hin khent bng lc cng trc ca ct thp nn cn thit v c th dng c thp cng cao. Kt qu l dng t thp hn vo khong 10 n 80%.

    Hiu qu tit kim thp th hin r nht trong cc cu kin c nhp ln, phidng nhiu ct chu ko nh dm, gin, thanh ko ca vm, c t in, tng bcha, Xilo ... (tit kim 50 -80% thp). Trong cc cu kin nhp nh, do ct cu tochim t l kh ln nn tng s thp tit kim s t hn (khong 15%).

    ng sut trc khng nhng gy ra ng sut nn m cn c th gy ra ng sutko pha i din lm cho b tng c th b nt.

    Vic ch to b tng ct thp ng lc trc cn phi c thit b c bit, ccng nhn lnh ngh v c s kim sot cht ch v kthut, nu khng s c thlm mt ng lc trc do tut neo, do mt lc dnh. Vic bo m an ton lao ngcng phi c bit lu .

    1. Giai on ban u: c chia lm hai giai on nh:

    Giai on cng thp ng lc trc (tensioning) Giai on truyn ng lc trc vo b tng (transfer)2. Giai on trung gian: bao gm c vn chuyn v lp t cu kin ng lc

    2.1.1. B tng cng cao

    B tng dng trong cu kin b tng ct thp ng lc trc l b tng nng cmc ln hn hoc bng 20. Vic la chn mc b tng ph thuc vo dng, loi vng knh ca ct thp cng, cng nh ph thuc vo vic c dng neo hay khngdng neo.

    V d: Nu dng si thp c ng knh khng ln hn 5 th Mc thit k cab tng ly khng nh hn 25, cn nu si thp c ng knh khng nh hn F6th mc thit k ca b tng ly khng nh hn 40 .

    Ngoi ra vic la chn mc b tng cn ph thuc vo cng m n cnphi c khi bt u gy ng lc trc, cng nh vo loi ti trng tc dng ln cukin. Thng thng, vi kt cu nhp ln dm, dn... nn dng b tng mc 40 hoc50, cn i vi kt cu c nhp thng thng nh panen, x g... nn dng b tngmc 30 hoc 35.

    Theo tiu chun n IS:1343-1980, cng chu nn ca khi lp phngti 28 ngy tui l 40MPa i vi cu kin cng trc v 30MPa i vi cu kincng sau. Theo tiu chun ACI-318, b tng t cng chu nn ti 28 ngy tuit 27.58 n 68.95 MPa.

    Trong cu kin b tng ct thp ng lc trc cn dng thp cng cao, biv trong qu trnh ch to v s dng mt phn ng sut cng ban u b mt i. Ttnht l dng si thp cng cao. Nhng v ng knh si thp qu b(3 8mm) nn s lng thp trong cu kin kh nhiu, do gy kh khn cho vic bo trchng.

    2.3. Phng php cng sau (cng trn b tng)2.3.1. nh ngha

    a. Cu kin cng trc

    Trong phng php cng sau, cc giai on ca trng thi ng sut cng tngt nh trng hp cng trc. Ch khc trng thi ng sut t giai on I1 chuynngay sang giai on I4 m khng qua cc giai on I2 v I3 (Hnh 11b).

    - Giai on I1: Lun ct thp vo trong cu kin, nhng cha cng.- Giai on I4: Cng ct thp t ti ng sut khng ch:

    4.1. Cc quan nim phn tch kt cu b tng ng lc trcHin nay, vic phn tch cu kin b tng ng lc trc da trn ba quan nim

    c bn nh sau:

    4.1.1. Quan nim th nhtQuan nim ny coi b tng ng lc trc nh vt l iu n hi, tnh ton theo

    ng sut cho php.

    B tng l vt liu chu nn tt nhng chu ko km. Nu khng phi chu ngsut ko do c nn trc thng qua vic ko trc ct thp th trong b tng skhng b xut hin vt nt, nh vy c th xem nh b tng ng lc trc l vt liun hi.
