We appreciate them and all the work they’ve put in to this company. This year we are holding our company wide InfoTech Community sales event on our company grounds. This event happens to fall on the same day as your graduation time. With this event going on we won’t have the building or the parking space to hold both events at the same time. We won’t be able to hold graduation for your college this year on our grounds. I took the liberty to find two places that would be great for your event to be held this year. The options are as follows: 1. The Municipal Botanical Gardens. 315 East Third street, Hilton Head, SC 29925. Phone number, 1-325-555-9889. Ask for Jim Bob, he is the head of coordination’s for events. 2. Hilton Head Community Center. 112 East Sixth street, Hilton Head, SC 29925. Phone number, 1-325-555-7887.
