TUITION AND OTHER EXPENSES

Bacone College will make every effort to contain costs from the date they are announced through the current academic

year. Our Board of Trustees, however, reserves the right to make changes in tuition and fees at any time.

Students need to have a plan for meeting their college expenses, before they register and begin attending classes. The

beginning point for this is the Financial Aid office. Once a Financial Aid Award letter has been presented to a student, the

student will know what portion of his/her account the student is responsible to pay.

Once you have applied for and received your financial aid award package, your next question may be, "How do I take care

of the costs that financial aid doesn’t cover?" If your family cannot pay the balance in full before the semester starts, Bacone

College offers a monthly payment plan option. Similar to the purchase of a house or a car, higher education is a long-term

investment with long-term value. If your remaining balance will be over $2,500, we will ask you to pay a $500 down payment

on your student account. This will help reduce the amount of your monthly payment during the school year.

The Financial Aid office will present each student with an Estimated Charges worksheet. Bacone College is one of the few

private colleges today who does not charge an up-front payment plan enrollment fee or interest charges on unpaid balances.

INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

The Office of Admissions will guide all prospective international students though the application process. The first step is to email the Office of Admissions and request our electronic admissions packet. Upon request the Office of Admissions will email you various attachments and directions as Word attachments. Academic Scholarships are not available for international students, however international students are eligible to apply for Institutional Work-Study. Students must apply for scholarships online to have eligibility evaluated. Many of the international prospective students choose to

complete an online admissions application to start their process.

Once the application is received by the Office of Admissions, an

Admissions Counselor will contact you by email to assist you with the additional requirements necessary for

admittance into Bacone College.

Provided admittance is granted, Bacone College will request a refundable deposit prior to issuing the Letter of

Admittance, Letter of English Proficiency and Student and Exchange Visitor Information System (SEVIS)

I-20.

Once the aforementioned items have been received, the student's admissions file will be nominated to the admissions

committee for review. Upon favorable review, the Office of Admissions will request a deposit of $11,350 (US) prior to

finalizing enrollment of classes.
