For over 30 years, Pappageorge Haymes Partners (PH) has designed iconic forms in urban environments. The firm’s early work focused on loft conversions, renovations, and other small-scale housing projects. In 1984, they were awarded a 62-unit Lincoln Park townhouse project called City Commons, which established them as designers and planners of large-scale proportions. In 1991, the firm designed the landmark Embassy Club townhouses, which enhanced property values throughout West DePaul. PH later became the architect for Museum Park at Central Station, a multi-phased development that encompassed the gamut of building types, including the highly acclaimed One Museum Park, the third tallest all-residential tower in the United States. Current project involvement includes significant residential, mixed-use and retail projects nationwide including, K2, Chicago, Illinois, Waihonua at Kewalo, Honolulu, Hawaii, River Oaks District, Houston, Texas, Park and G, San Diego, California, and Buckhead Atlanta, Atlanta, Georgia.
