We need to close a “GAP” in our product portfolio, and be able to offer competitive products for applications and machines with low or no demand for high performance, in industries we are targeting

Value Line cups - “wear-out condition”• Value Line cups might start to wear out after

approximately 300 000 cycles– Last longer if cycle speed is slower– Smaller cups last longer than large cups

• Lip will most likely not wear out first

• For bellows cups, wear will start inside bellow-folds. An inner grinding makes the material wear and gets a sticky effect => cup worn out

• On flat cups, the lip loses elasticity and rises
