Increase participation in competitive exhibitions by requiring students to enter at least 3 juried exhibitions before graduation. The measurement will shift from the Capstone Course to advanced studio courses
Encourage students to join and participate in professional organizations specific to their discipline (e.g., OVAC, IAO, AIGA, OAEA)
Sponsor professional development workshops
