The courses are set up in such a way that you can study for anywhere between 1 and 36 weeks. We have reserved special start dates for absolute beginners. If you already speak (a little) Spanish you can start on any Monday.All our teachers are native speakers, university trained and

they specialise in teaching Spanish to students like you. They have all been carefully selected to be your perfect guide to learning Spanish and to teach you about their culture. We are very proud of our academic team who set a standard for teaching Spanish worldwide.

LEVELSWe distinguish 6 different levels according to the

European Framework for languages. This means there is always a group that is right for your level.

LIFE™ is learning a new language in a natural, practical and fast way:• Natural because you learn the language by using your intuition

Our intensive course is the building block of your language studies. The 20 hours per week allow you to make very fast progress learning Spanish whilst still leaving enough leisure time outside of the school.

The “Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera” (DELE) is an official exam that can be taken three times per year at three different levels: Inicial, Intermedio and Superior. Our DELE preparation course ensures that you are familiar with all the elements to confidently pass the examination.

Private classes offer the flexibility to build your own learning programme. You can take

private classes by themselves or as an extra to your group classes. This is one of the best investments you can make

to help accelerate your learning.

All our schools offer Spanish + Xtra courses where you can combine the Intensive course with an activities such as learning Flamenco in Sevilla or Tango in Buenos Aires. We constantly add new courses to our list so please consult our

This course is geared towards students who have little time to learn Spanish. You’ll be

speaking Spanish fast with this full immersion course.

town for the Romans. When you walk around the old town, you are walking on the original street grid of the Roman camp. Barcelona came to prominence a thousand years ago as one of the most powerful cities in the Mediterranean. It ruled the waves for a number of centuries.Of course, Barcelona is also renowned for

its Modernist architecture of which Gaudí’s Sagrada Famila is the best known example. However, the bricks and mortar don’t explain it all. Barcelona also offers a positive, creative vibe that expresses itself in a never ending stream of events, concerts and activities.

As you would expect from the second largest city in Spain, you’ll find a great place to eat or drink for any budget or taste bud. Sevilla is many things. Capital of Andalusia, birth place of flamenco, economic centre of southern

Spain and one of the most beautiful cities in the world. It was founded by the Greeks and became one of the most important cities first under the Romans and later under Moorish reign.Once Columbus had led the way, Sevilla

became the clearing house for all goods and treasures brought from South America. The

2.These Terms & Conditions apply from the moment the client has submitted his or her enrolment or has provided the company with personal and payment details.

3.CLIENT DOCUMENTS AND INSURANCE: The client is fully responsible for adequate travel documents, travel insurance and medical insurance. Any non-compliance and any resulting damages are the sole responsibility of the client.

4.COMPANY LIABILITY: The Company assumes no responsibility for accidents, theft or injuries during the client’s stay with the company.

5.PROGRAM AND PRICE CHANGES: The Company may change courses, timetables and prices at its discretion without notification. The client is entitled to a refund of tuition fees for those courses or part of courses that the company is not able to offer.

6.HOLIDAYS: National and local holidays are not replaced with classes. Instead, an alternative cultural or social activity is offered. When two holidays fall in the same week, classes will be held on one of the two days.

7.MINIMUM AGE: The minimum age for attending Babylon Idiomas is 18 years. Dispensation can be granted for younger clients from time to time.

8.PAYMENT: If a client books more than 28 days in advance, a minimum 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder needs to be paid o later than the first school day. Immediate payment in full is required for clients booking less than 28 days before the desired start date. The client will have no access to class before payment in full has been received.

9.CHANGE OF START DATE: Clients can change the start date of the course, subject to availability, provided they do so 28 days before the start of the originally booked course. A handling charge of €40 applies.

10.CANCELLATION: Clients can cancel enrolments within 7 working days from the enrolment date provided the course has not started. A cancellation fee of €40 applies. Courses and accommodation cannot be cancelled neither wholly nor partially from the original start date onwards. Clients cancelling more than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 25% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees. Clients cancelling more than 1 week but less than 4 weeks before the start of their course owe the company 50% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees. Clients cancelling within less than 1 week before the start of their course owe the company 75% of the tuition and accommodation fees plus any applicable enrolment and placement fees. Separate cancellation insurance is offered by the company. This cancellation insurance repays your unused tuition and accommodation fees in the following cases: a) you cancel your course at least 3 days before the start of your course or b) you need to cancel your course after the start of our course for urgent medical reasons related to you or your direct family. We need to receive your cancellation in writing (email or fax) and in case of urgent medical reasons, we require a medical certificate. “Unused” fees are defined as those fees that apply from the first Monday after you informed us in writing about your cancellation. Excluded from the cancellation insurance are enrolment fees, placement fees and the cancellation insurance itself. The cost of this cancellation insurance is 4% of the total invoice value

11. CODE OF CONDUCT: Clients are expected to attend classes, inform the school in case of absence and respect fellow students, teachers and staff. In case the company has provided for accommodation, clients are equally expected to be responsible tenants. The company reserves the right to expel students from the program and/or accommodation at its sole discretion if it finds clients in breach of its basic code of conduct.

12. COURT OF LAW: The law of Spain shall apply to his agreement.
