Payment We accept payment via paypal and card. If you do not have a paypal account, you can still opt to pay by card with secure payment. When going through checkout you will get to the 'payments' page. Click on the 'paypal' icon, which will direct you to paypal, and then choose the option to pay by card without opening an account. This is a secure payment option.

Delivery We are please to announce that our shipping rates have been greatly reduced. You can now enjoy receiving your order from no more than £1.95 standard delivery and even FREE standard delivery! Standard Delivery FREE for orders up to £5.99 £1.95 for orders between £6 - £59.99 FREE for all orders over £59.99 Recorded Delivery £3.95 for orders up to £5.99 £5.95 for orders over £5.99 We don't at the moment deliver outside of the UK but if you would like to place an order and live outside of the UK, please email us and we will notify you of P&P costs and assist you in making this possible. All orders are sent via Royal Mail. If you would like your order to be sent by Special Delivery - with a tracking number or any other service please contact us to arrange additional payment. Your order will be delivered to the address specified when the order is completed. We cannot deliver items within the same order to multiple addresses. I know from personal experience, there is an exciting anticipation in receiving goodies once you have placed an order. It is our aim, therefore, to ship orders as quickly as possible, most within the same day, and others, including made to order and personalised items, within 24hrs (monday - Friday) Christmas time is a very busy time for us and orders very occassionally may take a little long to be dispatched but you will be notified of any delay. All items are sent Standard or Recorded Delivery and arrive within 1-3 working days, but we cannot guarantee this.However special orders, peak times (eg Christmas) and adverse weather conditions may delay shipping / deliveries. Keepsake Boxes can take up to 5 days to be shipped though they are usually despatched as quickly as other items. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Industrial Action or Severe weather conditions within the Royal Mail or Courier Services.

Packaging At Oopsy Daisies we believe in recycling so your item/s may not always arrive in a brand new box, however they will always arrive safetly and packaged to standard that keeps your items protected.

Returns Please let us know if you are not entirely satisfied with our products or our service, so that we can rectify the situation. In the unlikely event that an item you have ordered is unavailable you will be informed and given the option to change the order. If you do not wish to change the order, a refund will be given for the unavailable item/s. If any items arrive damaged you must inform us on the day they arrive and return them to us within 7 days of delivery. A full refund will be given for the damaged items. If you not entirely satisfied with an item please return it (unused and suitable for re-sale) within 7 days of delivery and a full refund will be given.
