Detailed Process Description

Performance Review and ForecastThis scenario is about the processes of Performing budget planning for followingseveral months.Corporate planner maintains the currency rate.

Sales team planners copy the latest version of plan data to run simulation offorecast data.This scenario includes factors of Currency Rate, Sales Volume, Standard cost,

Sales Price, which influence result after simulation of Gross profit. And also,simulation only reflects in plan data for the following several months but not relevantfor actual data.

After confirmation of the sales simulation result, the planning amount of some otherProfit and Loss accounts (for example: sales expense, administrative expense, etc.)should also be adjusted for the following several months.
