Within the context of the group project there was evidence of the following competencies: In his/her planning and self-evaluation, the teacher shows that he/she is able to: __X__ integrate learners' previous learning experience in his/her language lessons _ X___ present learning materials in a lively and relevant manner __X__ take into consideration the needs and interests of the learners __X__ recognise the level of language competence of the learners __X__ anticipate possible language problems and show evidence of envisaged solutions in his/her planning Remarks (Comments and Recommendations) In the teacher´s dossier it can watch some competences are developed. It is very important to invest time to plan a good lesson plan, which includes the development of some competences and skills that our students must show for create their own knowledge and at the same time the competences for a better learning atmosphere. Her preparation and lesson plans are carefully thought out - she also gives an honest self-evaluation of her work afterwards.
