__X__ With regard to the motivation and needs of adult learners, the teacher is aware of basic concepts related to the psychology of learning and integrates these into his/her planning and self-evaluation

__X__ The teacher is aware of the most important concepts related to current theories of language acquisition, can recognise development patterns in the target language, and is able to integrate these into the planning of language lessons, thus structuring and supporting the language learning process.

It is very important to invest time to plan a good lesson plan, which includes the development of some competences and skills that our students must show for create their own knowledge and at the same time the competences for a better learning atmosphere.
