poker, give your guests the opportunity to explore different wines while learning
more about this fascinating world and having fun. Learn the tips and tricks of

How the game is played
Tasting of 3 wines over a 20-minute period for each wine.
Like the poker game, up to 8 people are gathered around each table. Test your knowledge on the “Vegas Tasting” game mat by betting your chips on the taste tag, grape variety, origin (Old or New World), provenance (country), and vintage (year) of a wine you are tasting. If you are feeling confident in your answers, risk it all in Step 5!
For an event that best represents you, why not ask one of your volunteers to be dealer?

Under the inspirational guidance of the evening’s sommelier, learn to identify wine characteristics: visual, olfactory, and taste.

Determine your sale price for chips and collect for your foundation.
Recommendations for the foundation
Gain sponsorship for each of the three tastings and raise interest for the sale
of chips;
Arrange 8 to 10 people per table;
Determine yourself the price of chips for the most effective fundraising;
The sommelier facilitator encourage players to buy chips;
Print the game mats yourself and offer advertising space to sponsors
Get your volunteers involved and make them dealers
