Mine staff are alerted when pressure or temperatures shift from optimum levels, allowing quick action to avert possible tire damage, contributing to a safer work environment and reducing tire-related downtime.

B-TAG OPERATIONAL FLOW

Sensors mounted inside the tire send a wireless signal to receivers mounted to the frame.

Receivers transmit data to the ECU unit mounted in or near the cab. The ECU sends critical data to the Handheld Reader, optional Onboard Monitor or a dispatch system. An optional Tag Reader provides data directly from the sensor.
