1. Definite la grafica ed i colori della maglia che preferite contenuta nel presente catalogo “Design for Team”. Allegate i vostri loghi indicando la posizione esatta sulla maglia, considerate sempre il fatto che i vostri marchi verranno stampati con un unico colore. I loghi dovranno essere inseriti solo negli appositi spazi contrassegnati dalla scritta sponsor. Preferibilmente in-viate i loghi su CD-Rom in formato vettoriale, questo permetterà all’ufficio grafico di abbreviare notevolmente i tempi di realizzazione dei Vostri disegni.

2. Una volta definiti i loghi e i colori e dopo aver compilato il modulo d’ordine allegato, fate pervenire il tutto al rappresentante di zona o direttamente all’azienda, vi verrà comunicato entro quanto tempo avrete il bozzetto della vostra maglia.Il nome riportato nel modulo d’ordine nella sezione evidenziata “Squadra” sarà lo stesso riferi-mento che verrà usato per dare il nome al disegno.

3. Il nostro ufficio Design elaborerà i dati e vi rispedirà il disegno realizzato in base alle vostre richieste.

4. Una volta visionato il Vostro disegno potrete informare (via fax o tramite e-mail) di eventuali modifiche da apportare a scritte o colori. Raccomandiamo inoltre di verificare che tutte le scritte siano corrette, al fine di evitare errori dovuti a banali distrazioni nella battitura.

5. Una volta che il bozzetto viene confermato non sarà possibile effettuare ulteriori variazioni, vi preghiamo quindi di raccogliere tutte le vostre richieste in un’unica comunicazione così da dover eseguire il minor numero di modifiche possibile.

6. La versione definitiva dovrà essere confermata per iscritto e spedita al nostro ufficio design completa di data e firma.

7. L’ufficio commerciale vi informerà del termine di consegna a partire dall’approvazione del bozzetto.

8. Il minimo d’ordine è di 10 maglie e di 10 pantaloncini.

1. Choose the graphics and colors of the jersey contained in this “Design for Team” catalogue.Affix your logos indicating the exact position on the jersey, always bearing in mind that your brands will be printed in only one color. The logos must only be inserted in the spaces provided accompanied by the sponsor’s inscription. If possible, send the logos on CD Rom in a vector format as this will allow our graphics department to create your designs a lot quicker.

2. Once the logos and colors have been finalized and the attached order form has been completed, send everything to your local representative or directly to the company. You will be informed of the time it will take to create your jersey.The name shown in the order form under the section marked “Team” will be the name given to your design

3. Our design department will process the data and send you the design created according to your requirements.

4. On examining your design, inform (via fax or e-mail) us of any changes that need to be made to the writing or colors. We also recommend that you make sure all the words are written correctly to avoid any typing errors.

5. Once the draft has been confirmed, no further changes are possible. Therefore we ask you to put all your requirements in one message, so that the least amountof changes are made.

6. The final version must be confirmed in writing and sent to our design department duly signed and dated.

7. The sales department will inform you of the delivery time starting from the approval of the preliminary drawing.

8. The minimum order is 10 jerseys and 10 shorts.

We use the best fabrics of worldwide brands and create new fabrics which are developed and tested by our R&D Department. You can also choose among a wide range of pads, all developed and manufactured by B-EMME. They can be stitched or heat-welded on the fabrics and taped all around the edges so as to grant you a comfortable and smooth feeling on bike.

A Dopo l’approvazione del preventivo richiesto all’ufficio commerciale o all’agente B-EMME, potrete inviarci via e-mail una bozza della maglia che intendete realizzare.

Il nostro reparto grafico lavora con programmi specifici e necessita della grafica e dei loghi degli sponsor in vettoriale Illustrator® (.ai o .eps). Questo permetterà di abbreviare i tempi di esecuzione del bozzetto e ridurrà drasticamente la possibilità di eventuali errori causati dalla ricostruzione del logo dal formato immagine. Ad ogni logo non vettoriale verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo.

BI grafici inizieranno con la creazione di un bozzetto secondo le vostre indicazioni scritte tramite e-mail o fax.Più le vostre indicazioni saranno chiare ed accurate maggiore sarà la nostra velocità nell’eseguire il bozzetto da voi richiesto.

C Il bozzetto vi verrà inviato via e-mail per la vostra conferma definitiva. Sarà possibile modificare il bozzetto gratuitamente fino a 4 volte, dalla quinta in poi, verrà applicato un costo aggiuntivo. Una volta approvato il disegno vi sarà richiesta una conferma scritta tramite fax firmato o tramite e-mail (allegando il bozzetto confermato).

A Upon acceptance of the offer submitted by our sales representatives or sales department, you can send us the enquiry for the design you want to have on your apparel by email.

All logos to be used in your design must be submitted in vector format Illustrator, .ai or .eps. Logos that are notvector (i.e., JPEG, GIF, TIFF, or PSD files) will incur an additionalart charge. Logos may be submitted electronically via email or CD. Faxed logos or logos pulled from the Internet are not acceptable. Your cooperation will speed up the sketching process and help avoid mistakeswhen rebuilding the logos.

BOur designers will draft the sketch according to the indications received by email or fax. We will send you the sketch by email so that you can double-check and confirm it. Modifications are free up to the fourth amendment, starting from the fifth they will incur additional charges.

C Once the sketch has been confirmed, please send us the sketch duly signed by fax or mail.
