The BioZyme® Dealer Incentive Program (B-DIP) allows dealers to enroll in and receive points for their purchases, training and promotion of BioZyme® products. These points can be redeemed for a number of different items.

Dealers who have earned B-DIP points can redeem their points for any of the following:

B-DIP Program Details

1 25 points per ton of growth (limited to preferred products) over the prior fiscal year.2 25 points per ton of growth (over the prior FY) of any Concept•Aid™ product purchased.

3 25 points per ton of growth (over the prior FY) of Sure Champ® purchased. 5 bonus points if that growth includes sheep, goat or pig Sure Champ®.

4 25 points per $1,000 of growth over the prior FY for Vita Charge®.5 10 points for providing an electronic prospect list of 30 or more.

650 points for hosting an after hour dealer training session, where training is led by a VitaFerm® Area Sales Manager. In order to get the points, the training must be scheduled using the Dealer Training Request Form found in the Online Dealer Center.

750 points to host (cost shared) a Producer/End User meeting with the VitaFerm® Area Sales Manager. Meeting must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance. To receive the points, the meeting must be scheduled using the Producer Meeting Request Form found in the Online Dealer Center. Complete attendee list must be submitted.

8 10 points when you view and pass the quiz from each of the modules found in the Online Dealer Training Center (10 pts per module).

910 points per VitaFerm®, Concept•Aid™, Vita Charge®, or Sure Champ® ad run in local newspaper, sale catalog, radio or other means (ad must be approved before running to get points). To receive points, must complete Ad Request Form found in the Online Dealer Center and submit copy of ad.

10 5 points each month that Online Dealer Center is accessed and used at least twice to view educational items.11 15 points for putting up and working a trade show booth. Picture of booth must be submitted. 12 5 points for assisting an area sales manager with a trade show booth.

Purpose:The purpose of the B-DIP is to thank and motivate dealers. We know you have many choices when purchasing the supplements you carry. We are excited to be a part of that decision. We feel we have the best products on the market to help your customers achieve their performance goals and remain loyal to your business; we also believe our products are marketed in such a way that they bring new customers into your business.

Tracking Points:Points will begin accumulating based on the date the dealer contact person turns in the enrollment form to BioZyme®. Points determined by growth will be awarded quarterly.

Points will not be accumulated for dealers who are past due on payments to BioZyme®. BioZyme® will not allow redemption of the B-DIP to dealers with a past due account.

Terms and Conditions: BioZyme® reserves the right to make changes to the program at any time.

Redemption:Once you have enough points in your account, you may request the item(s) you desire to redeem from the B-DIP Redemption Form, found on the Online Dealer Center.

You have until October 31st to redeem the points that were earned October 1st to September 30th of the previous year. Earning points starts over on October 1st of each year. No points may be carried over.

Please note that some items have a 90-day lead time.Items will be shipped to the address on the enrollment form submitted originally by the dealer, unless given different directions by the dealer.

Eligibility:Any direct BioZyme® dealer is eligible to enroll in the B-DIP except if BioZyme®, at its sole discretion, chooses not to offer enrollment for any reason.

Any direct BioZyme® dealer may assign their eligibility in the B-DIP to its sub-dealers as long as the direct dealer is willing to provide an electronic Excel spreadsheet with the BioZyme® product purchases for each sub-dealer.

If a dealer or sub-dealer enrolled in the B-DIP has no purchases for 12 consecutive months they will forfeit both their membership and all unused points.

The dealer contact person enrolling must be an employee of the dealer, have appropriate purchasing authority and permission to participate on behalf of the dealer.

It is the responsibility of the dealer to notify BioZyme® of any changes to the dealer’s contact person.
