    Natural form of bambooBamboo start as bamboo shots that can fairly quickly to be mature (approximately in 5-7 years). Plyboo bamboo are made with 100% Moso bamboo. They sustainably harvest the bamboo forrest, thus, provid-ing them with FSC approval.

    Production

    a. TransportationDespite the fast maturity rate of bamboo, Moso bamboo mostly grown in China. Thus, it is require additional energy to transporte it. Bamboo usually transport with fright ship which is more sustainable than other transportation services.

    b. ProcessThe next step is actual process called carbonizing to remove moisture and add color for bamboo. This process require a lot of energy because of the heat.

    Some of the bamboo also need to be glued together and Plyboo company use non-urea and low formalde-hyde adhesive.

    AssemblyBamboo products will be assembled and finished as customers desire.

    End useBamboo can be refurbished, thus allowing it to be recycled and reuse.Unfortunately, many choose to throw it away and it could safely decomposed

    Natural form of corrugated cardboardCardboards are made out of pine trees pulmp. Pine tree is the most sustainable wood andcardboard pulmps usually came from the brances and other unwanted parts

    a. TransportationCardboard cleaning and making cannot be make in small area but could only be done in factory places.

    AssemblyFor this project, cardboard is attached to one another with tounge and grove system and some of it require to use glue such as the platform covered.

    End useCardboard in good conditin without major unwanted materials can be use recycled and reuse.Unfortunately, many choose to throw it away and it could safely decomposed
