Refund Policy

In case of any other services, there will be no refund after the service has commenced.

The refund request has to be initiated within 7 calendar days of subscription to the service. After the 7th calendar day period, the customer will no longer be eligible to receive a refund.

In case the customer does not want to avai l the service that he has subscribed and the service has not commenced then he can request a refund by sending a formal request on [email protected] through the registered email Id.

All refund requests must be made by the subscriber. Refund requests must include the name of the subscriber, transaction number. Invoice for the payment submitted needs to be enclosed with the email.

It will take up to 30 days to process the request. The refund will be made through the channel you paid the subscription charges to us.
